Current Offerings

  • Our house blend, Fairchild is a versatile coffee profiled to meet all of your coffee needs. It's rich chocolate note provides a nice backbone for espresso and milk drinks, but it's bright and nuanced in a filter coffee as well.

  • This coffee comes from the Popayan region of Colombia. It was processed at the farm using a technique called honey processing. The honey process attributes qualities like balanced acidity and body, and a fruit sweetness.

    Elevation: 1740-2080 masl

  • This is a triple-washed coffee from the Cyiya Community in Nyamasheke District, Western Province, Rwanda. The flavor profile is full and sweet, with prevailing notes of plum, mandarin orange, oolong tea, and browned sugar sweetness like crème brûlée.

    Elevation: 1700-1900 masl

  • This is a minimal intervention fermented honey process coffee from central Peru, produced by the sister-brother team Edith and Ivan Meza Sagarvinaga on their farm Finca Tasta. 

    The flavor profile is sweet and soft, with notes of chocolate, apple, plum, and herbal tea. 

    Elevation: 1450-1600 masl

  • Dukunde Kawa is a well-known producer group in Rwanda, especially for exceptionally bright and memorable coffees. This coffee is fully washed and dried in raised beds.

    Elevation: 1500-2100 masl
